The finished result will be like a Baltimore album only pieced. Each month we will assemble one block together. See the sample at the shop. I think you'll love it. The background and leaves are set yardages but you can use your scraps for the flowers if you like. Not a beginner class. Cost: $30.00 per class Instructor: Nancy Kiman Open Sew and Quilt Wed. Between classes you can experiment with what you have learned to come up with your very own embroideries. Class Cost: $15.00. Laptops and 4D Software is required. Instructor, Debbie Krauklin July 11th & July 12th Birthday Bash! On Friday, Dave will be pleased to help you embroidery a pair of earrings. For Saturday we will have a make it take it projects from 10am-3pm. You choose-either a pillow case or make a postcard (and yes you will be able to mail it.) Please preregister and let us know your project choice. Cost for the pillowcase is $12.00 (kits are available) Postcard cost will be $5.00. We will also be serving birthday cake after lunch on Saturday. Quilt as You Go Tues July 15th. 11am-4:30pm. This quilt is very stunning AND you can use up a lot of those scraps or fat quarters that you have collected over the years! When you have finished this quilt it is ALL DONE. No need to finish the top and THEN have to put the 3 layers together. Class Cost: $40.00 Instructor: Nancy Kiman. Quilt as You Go Four Square Saturday July 19th. 10am-3pm. Donna says this is a very easy quilt to make and she has done it in beautifully soft colors that are cool and relaxing! What better for a summer project! Class Cost: $30.00 Instructor: Donna Eddy Four Square Creative Techniques Tuesday, July 22nd, Aug. 5th, Aug. 19th, Sept. 9th and Sept. 23rd. This class is geared for the owners of the 2140, 2144, 2170 and the all new Creative Vision sewing/embroidery machine. You will learn how to maximize the use of your machine functions. This will be an on-going class until we have covered all of the amazing things these machines will do. Class Cost $20.00 per session. plus a materials fee of $5.00. For students who have purchased their machine from D&D the class cost will be refunded upon your arrival at class so all you pay is the materials fee. Instructor: Debbie Krauklin Girls Night Out Fri. Log Cabin Quilt 2 Sessions. Sat. July 26th AND Aug 9th. 10am-1pm. This quilt is made ENTIRELY from scraps! It is a great quilt block for beginners to learn to do and it is a fun quilt for the experienced quilter due to the number of variations. Don't hesitate to sign up for this class even if you don't have a lot of scraps as we will have bags of light and dark scraps all PRECUT into 1 1/2 inch strips available for you to purchase. If you cancel from the class less than 1 week in advance D&D cannot refund or give a store credit for the class fee. If D&D needs to cancel a class you will receive either a store credit or refund. We request that you purchase your supplies from us, however it isn’t required to do so.
